In Cumbuco there are apartment houses with swimming pool and kite facilities. Cumbuco is quit small and almost everything is close and reachable by feet. So if you like the hustle, stay near the center, and if you prefer a chill out atmosphere, stay at Wind Town and Sunset Beach Hotel area. Most pousadas can arrange everything you need, like a Buggy, a Taxi, a kite lesson, a downwind kite trip and a sport massage after all the previous.
Prices depends on location and facilities. Beach front Hotel double room costs around R$ 120-300, and a nice double room at an off beach Pousada, is around R$ 70-200. Renting Apartment or a Villa, is a great cost saving option. Cumbuco has few Apartment projects, some beach front, with swimming pool, 24h guard and maintenance, which are popular among kite-surfers. In Cumbuco, there are many holiday Villas, which are a great option for a kite-surfer group or a family. Prices for apartment and house rentals are roughly R$ 3,000-4000 per month, and they can be rented for a week or few nights.

Houses are great option for kitesurfer group. In Cumbuco you can find big houses, that can accommodate few couples. Its fun to have your barbecue by the pool with your friends, and its economical. So 10 People that will pay around 2400 Euro per week for 5 double rooms in an hotel, will pay around 1200 Euro per week, for a villa. If you don't travel with a group, in Cumbuco, you can group spontaneously with other kite-surfers, to share a villas.
